Andrew St Gourdin, MBA

Andrew is an Insurance Agent for Joffrey Smith Financial Group. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2021 with a focus on insurance planning. He got his first experience working as an intern at Joffrey Smith Financial Group before joining in a full-time capacity. Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Assumption University. He is also a graduate of Assumption University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while majoring in Finance and Marketing. Andrew played Division II football while a student there. He has his Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses. Andrew specializes in working with clients in the areas of life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and fixed annuities. He is not licensed to sell in all jurisdictions.

Jon Loranger

Chief Compliance Officer

Originally from Maine, Jon Loranger is a graduate of Northeastern University. He holds Series 7, 24, 53, 63, and 65 registrations. He oversees the compliance operations of the firm. This includes maintaining compliance manuals and processes, archival of documents, and new business approval. His goal is to reduce audit risks while maintaining efficient business solutions. Jon has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry where he served in various capacities such as IT director, senior agency supervisory officer, and as a financial advisor. In his role, Jon works closely with operations, marketing, licensing, technology, broker/dealer relations and advisor support services. 

Jill Anderson

Business Development

Jill works with our partners starting from initial paperwork and processing of our Solicitors applications to ongoing training and support. Since all Solicitors have a primary area of expertise, they require varying amounts of coaching and training. She works closely with them so they can learn to pivot to the next step in the process to help ensure that clients are well served.

Maggie Dumas

Client Services

Maggie provides complete back-office processing for Brokerage Services. From coordinating parameds to correspondence, she is the liaison between all of the involved parties. Maggie provides quotes, works with underwriting and case managers, facilitates product placement and supports policy delivery, underwriting negotiation, and complete back-office processing.
